Chinese New Year 2026,

28 Jan, 2026

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the upcoming Chinese New Year. In 2026, the main holiday period will take place between 17 February and 3 March, which means that China, as usual, will shut down almost all business activities during most of weeks 8 and 9.

The New Year is also celebrated in other parts of Asia, such as Hong Kong and Taiwan, although on slightly different dates. Many companies remain closed for more than one week, and as is customary, Chinese production is slow to restart after the holidays.

We continuously work to find the best solutions for you as a customer when it is time to book your transport. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

This year, we celebrate the Year of the Horse!
