CUSTOMS CLEARANCES/INTRASTAT

Scanlink handles all types of customs formalities required for import and export consignments, e.g, customs clearances, transit procedures etc. all over the world. The documentation is made by a first class computerised system and all formalities are issued accuratley and on time. Scanlink also handles the Intrastat reports to the Swedish Customs Department on a monthly basis.

AEO CERTIFICATE

Scanlink was one of the first Swedish companies that obtained the AEO Certificate, issued by the Swedish Customs. The Authorized Economic Operator Certificate is a quality system that was introduced within the European Community in 2009, allowing Scanlink to use simplified procedures regarding customs formalities.

Scanlink is also certified AEOS wich requires a high level of security and safety in all aspects of our work. The full AEO certificate is held by only 172 Swedish companies in 2023.

LICENSE/QUOTA

For cargo that requires a license or quota, we offer the complete service of
carrying out applications to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
