GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
GDPR is a regulation common to the European Union which replace the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).
Your personal data, which you submit to Scanlink Transport AB, (Scanlink), Box 14338, 400 20 Göteborg, or is collected by Scanlink when you use any of Scanlink’s services, may be processed by Scanlink for the following purposes:
· manage, administrate and complete your booking
· provide you with the requested service
· manage and administrate the business relationship and/or the agreement between you and Scanlink
· comply with the company's legal obligations.
The personal data you submit to Scanlink or as Scanlink collect from you are as follows:
· name
· address
· e-mail address
· telephone
Scanlink is, in its capacity as data controller or data processor for your personal data, required to take appropriate measures to protect your personal data. Scanlink assures you that only authorized personnel within Scanlink has access to your personal data and that your personal data is processed only for the above-mentioned purposes.
The personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above. After that period Scanlink will only store the personal data for an additional time if it is required due to Swedish legislation.
In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access to your personal data held by Scanlink and request correction or deletion of any of your personal data by sending a request to scanlink@scanlink.se . Please note that your personal data is necessary for Scanlink to be able to fulfill the purposes stated above. Exercising your rights can impede the normal functioning of the service.
